I received a PhD cum laude in computer science in 2017 from the University of Trento, Italy. My research addressed the practice of integrating user-centred design (UCD) and Agile development in SMEs.

At the same time, I also completed the EIT Digital Doctoral School, a program aimed at training doctors in innovation and entrepreneurship; within this program, I spent a few months in several institutions in the UK and I gained experience applying my skills in industrial cases.

I have spoken about my work, user experience, and women in technology in national and international venues to researchers, practitioners, and general public.
